He went above and beyond by not only analyzing the requested pages, but also offering general suggestions for sitewide elements (like headers) , additional important pages (like home and About Us) , and our Shopping Cart. The suggestions were concrete and achievable without resorting to a costly site redesign. It helps to have a new set of eyes seeing the site, and it’s flaws.
